Treatment contract
Should you be unable to keep a scheduled appointment, it is essential that you inform us of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. We will then be happy to arrange a new appointment with you. This is fair not only to us, but also to other patients who would otherwise have to wait longer for an available appointment.
If we do not receive timely notification of cancellation, or if you are responsible for the timely cancellation or failure to attend the appointment, we must inform you that we will have to charge you the full amount for the appointment.
